NEVMOS / Deployment and rollout

Start small, prove it, then expand.

Deployment and rollout

Four steps

  1. Priority: Pick the process where the most context gets lost. For most organisations, that is purchase approval or inventory.
  2. Installation: Nevmos is installed on your server, people and lists are imported from Excel, and roles and approvals are defined.
  3. Pilot: You work with real work and track measures such as approval time, pending work and revision rate.
  4. Expansion: After acceptance, related modules are turned on and the AI's authority is raised process by process.

What comes with installation

An installation guide, backup and restore, user guides in English and Turkish, and a 30-day trial.

An illustrative workflow

Choose a frequent request. Agree on exceptions, owners and acceptance criteria. Compare real users’ pilot experience with the existing process before expanding.

Evaluate the pilot

Compare the current process with the pilot: waiting time, missing information, rework and traceability. Agree on success criteria before expanding.
